The most senior person in any company will automatically be appointed as the Information Officer for ALL companies in South Africa in  July 2021. As an MD, CEO or equivalent, do you know your obligations? Failure to comply could result in jail time or a massive fine (up to R10 million) for the Information Officer (not the company!).
